The Rallye Motor Company in New York is seeking a Loaner Car Specialist to oversee the loaner fleet for Rallye Mercedes. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, inspected, and properly documented, and you will guide guests through the loaner process and policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in loaner cars or rental cars preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Clean/Valid Driver's License.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the loaner process with clients and explain policies and procedures.
• Ensure loaner contracts are accurately completed and filed.
• Maintain loaner fleet: gas, cleanliness, and staging, and report damage.
• Inspect loaner vehicles for maintenance needs and ensure registrations and insurance cards are current.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other loaner coordinators to manage the fleet.
• Complete daily loaner activity reports.
