Rallye Motor Company in Long Island’s luxury automotive group is seeking a Showroom Receptionist for Rallye Lexus. You will greet guests, route inquiries, support sales staff, and maintain CRM notes, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between dealership and customers/vendors.
• Direct the flow of incoming patrons and phone calls with courtesy greetings.

• Direct customers to sales representatives and check in appointments; input notes into CRM.
• Compile data and develop detailed spreadsheets.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations.
• Keep track of a high volume of paperwork.
