Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in premium, upscale, or fine dining kitchens.
• Willingness to train in Asian techniques.
• Experience across Robata, Grill, Wok, and Tempura is a plus.
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in Michelin-starred or luxury environments is desirable.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Execute menu items consistently while adhering to recipes and specifications.
• Work across Robata, Grill, Wok, and Tempura sections maintaining precision.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure your section is fully prepared and organized ahead of service.
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs and kitchen team for seamless service.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns to management.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and waste management.
