Responsibilities

• Route Optimization: plan routes to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Monitoring and Reporting: track locations, traffic, delays; update clients and drivers.
• Emergency Response: act promptly during incidents and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Record Keeping: maintain accurate dispatch logs and driver assignments.
• Driver Support: assist drivers with navigation and on-road issues.
• Quality Assurance: ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and safe.
• Collaboration: work with team to improve service quality and efficiency.
