Dream Boyd Theatre in Bethlehem seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a premier luxury community. You will lead tours, respond to inquiries, and market across channels to attract residents, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong CRM practices.

The role offers $18.00-$23.00 per hour with significant commission potential in a full-time on-site setting, requiring several years in multifamily management and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven ability to drive positive leasing results and represent core values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong outreach and social media marketing background.
• Experience conducting market surveys and in-person shops regularly.
• Empowerment, accountability, and goal-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process.
• Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Network with employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic.
• Conduct leasing tours and close with confidence using standards.
• Assist prospects with online applications and closing techniques.
• Create and lead resident programs to enhance living experience.
• Maintain CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork.
• Communicate with the Community Manager and team; attend trainings.
