Qualifications

• At least 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience.
• Strong leasing, sales, and closing skills.
• Experience in a luxury apartment community.
• Polished and professional appearance and communication.
• Able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Conduct engaging tours that showcase us and community lifestyle.
• Build relationships and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and features.
• Provide timely follow-up and screen applicants.
• Support occupancy, renewal, and resident retention goals.
• Participate in outreach and marketing activities.
• Keep the leasing office and model area at luxury presentation standards.
