LUMA Residential Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for Hunters Hill Apartments in Dallas, TX.

You will conduct engaging tours, communicate clearly with prospects, and close leases while delivering exceptional customer service to future residents. Join a fast-paced team at a 436-home community and help drive occupancy goals, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a welcoming, professional leasing office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience.
• Strong sales, closing, and prospect follow-up skills.
• Experience managing multiple leads and leasing activities.
• Excellent customer service and resident relations skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume apartment community.
• Ability to work Saturdays as required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with active automobile liability insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, informative apartment tours and present features, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Build relationships to identify housing needs and convert prospects to residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and applications in the CRM.
• Collaborate with onsite team to achieve occupancy goals and resident retention.
