Highland Luxury Living in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Luxury Leasing Consultant to join the LUMA Residential team. If you love leasing, sales, and delivering upscale customer service, we want to meet you.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with leasing bonus opportunities. The role requires at least one year of onsite apartment leasing, strong closing skills, and a polished, professional demeanor suitable for a luxury community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience – REQUIRED.
• Polished, professional appearance and presentation appropriate for a luxury community.
• Strong leasing, sales, and closing skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects with warmth and professionalism and conduct engaging tours of apartments, amenities, and community lifestyle.
• Screen applicants using qualification standards and maintain CRM records.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversion and occupancy goals.
• Provide attentive, upscale customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with resident events, outreach, and marketing activities.
