Job summary

The Artesian at Bee Cave, part of EMBREY, is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent to assist the Property Manager in leasing units and delivering a superior customer service experience to residents.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, increasing property traffic, maintaining knowledge of the property and competitors, and ensuring a proactive 5-star resident experience while building a strong community.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Experience utilizing Yardi.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with property staff.
• Increase traffic levels, maintain closing ratios, and exceed occupancy targets.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitors through site visits and surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction with a 5-star experience and community engagement.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive a stellar experience.
