Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent to support the Community Manager in operating a luxury property in Charlotte, NC. You will lease units and deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

You will collaborate with property staff to implement sales and marketing strategies, drive traffic, and sustain high occupancy while maintaining strong community relations and brand loyalty. This is a salaried/exempt role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Work with the property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic levels, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve occupancy targets.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition through site visits and surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction with a 5-star service approach while fostering community through daily interactions and events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive a stellar experience.
