Job summary

The Dermot Company is seeking a full-time Leasing & Marketing Associate to join our luxury residential team in Wellington, Florida. This in-person role supports leasing, marketing, and resident services for our Florida portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of onsite residential leasing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi and Excel. Real estate license is a plus and compensation includes commission eligibility for licensed staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite residential leasing experience.
• Background in Marketing and/or Sales and customer service experience.
• Yardi and Excel knowledge; ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Real estate license a plus; if not licensed, must agree to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies and plan.
• Create and implement social media strategies.
• Tour apartments with prospects and follow up thoroughly.
• Lease and pre-lease apartments and complete applications and lease documents.
• Walk the tour path daily and maintain model apartments.
• Assist management with resident relations and build relationships with brokers.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
