Village Green in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our luxury living team. You will assist prospective residents in finding ideal homes, conduct property tours, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of multi-family sales experience, proficient with Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Weekend availability is required and an undergraduate degree is preferred.

• Quickly identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable apartment homes.

• Manage the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.

Qualifications

Our ideal Sales Associate has2-3years of sales experience in amulti-family environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
