Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-7 years designing learning content in retail, hospitality, luxury, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning content.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Create digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions for onboarding, capability development, compliance, leadership, and operations.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessments.
• Create microlearning and video-based resources for retail environments.
• Ensure materials are visually compelling and brand-aligned with luxury positioning.
