Job summary

LAGOS is seeking a Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain learning content across stores, corporate functions, customer care, and distribution operations. The role translates strategies into engaging programs that drive performance and engagement.

The candidate blends instructional design with luxury brand storytelling, creating digital, instructor-led, and microlearning content, along with facilitator guides and job aids to support onboarding and capability development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
6+ years of experience in designing learning content for customer-focused environments.
Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning content.
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Experience partnering with subject matter experts and organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.
Create digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions for onboarding, capability development, and leadership programs.
Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids.
Create microlearning and video-based resources for retail environments.
Ensure materials are brand-aligned and reflect luxury positioning.
