Job summary

Lagos is seeking a Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain learning materials across luxury retail stores and corporate functions.

You will translate product education, selling techniques, and operational processes into engaging formats, including digital and instructor-led programs, microlearning, and videos. Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to drive performance and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, HR, or Org Development).
• 3-7 years of experience designing and developing learning content for retail, hospitality, luxury, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning content.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Create digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions for onboarding, capability development, compliance, leadership, and operations.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, discussion guides, and assessments.
• Create microlearning, video-based learning, and performance support resources for retail environments.
• Ensure learning materials are visually compelling, brand-aligned, and reflect luxury positioning.
• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and define solution requirements.
