Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives for selling high-end jewelry. You will develop, implement, and manage programs focused on content creation, evaluation, and deployment across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to build comprehensive L&D strategies for luxury goods. Travel for events and onsite sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Training knowledge in luxury fine jewelry and/or watch industry required.
• Proven ability to build and execute Learning & Development strategies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training solutions for high-end fine jewelry.
• Design and deliver engaging training modules for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Educate teams on product details including materials, craftsmanship, sourcing, and care.
• Train in luxury consultative selling techniques and closing high-value sales.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion rates and client retention.
