Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Baltimore is seeking a Laundry Valet Attendant. You will travel to guest rooms to collect clothing for service, determine required actions (washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair), and move items through processing on the correct equipment.

You will deliver finished garments to guests on time, assist with uniforms, and maintain stocks of chemicals and supplies, working harmoniously with colleagues in a luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to guest rooms to pick up clothing that needs service and determine required action (washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair).
• Process clothing on the correct equipment and apply appropriate temperature and chemicals.
• Fold or hang garments as requested and deliver finished clothing to guests on time.
• Assist Housekeeping Management with maintaining regular uniforms, room and F&B linen inventories.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and operating supplies (iron hangers, laundry, sewing supplies).
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors and perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
