Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii is seeking a Laundry/Valet Attendant who delivers exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. You will handle guest and staff items, operate laundry and valet equipment, and uphold the Golden Rule in every interaction.

Legal work authorization in the United States is required; a High School Diploma is preferred. The role offers on-site work with a competitive hourly rate and access to hotel amenities.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and processes guest clothing on appropriate equipment using correct chemicals and temperatures.
• Sorts employee uniforms and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
• Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
• Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens.
• Sorts towels, rugs and robes; folds and places on racks.
• Operates and maintains valet equipment and reports issues.
• Assists with responsibilities in busy periods in Valet, Dry Cleaning or Housekeeping.
