Job summary

Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our culinary team and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. This role involves dishwashing, equipment care, and assisting with prep while upholding food safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
• Display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and attention to detail
