Job summary

RION Fine Jewelry in Kirkland, WA seeks a Studio Co-Lead to support the Studio Manager in guiding the team and driving outstanding client experiences. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and collaborate with management to meet goals while engaging the sales team to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury jewelry sales, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience for retail teams.
• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Jewelry sales experience.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and a love of continuous learning!
• Compensation includes the base hourly range listed, plus tips and commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable
• Support the Studio Manager to ensure a high quality, safe, and positive environment
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all jewelry and designs in order to educate clients in a friendly and approachable way
• Always open to, and invested in, expanding your own knowledge while teaching others
• Maintain an attractive store appearance, with a high level of cleanliness and beautiful product presentation
• Collaborate with the studio management team to set clear team goals, delegate tasks, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on metrics.
