Jared in Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to own the total store experience, blending luxury service with operational excellence. You will lead culture, customer experience, and business performance, ensuring profits, payroll, inventory, and visual standards align with Jared’s brand.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach for performance, set appointment culture and clienteling, and build emotional connections through storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching and accountability.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies to improve performance.
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities.
• Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence.
