Job summary

Markham Fine Jewelers in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking a full-time Sales Professional to greet guests, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations across bridal jewelry, fashion pieces, and luxury timepieces.

You will present merchandise, explain features, process transactions, and maintain accurate records while upholding visual standards and safeguarding inventory. You will build lasting relationships through friendly, guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• Jewelry industry experience is a must.
• Customer service and guest relationship skills, with the ability to create welcoming, memorable in-store experiences.
• Sales and consultative selling abilities, including identifying guest needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales ethically and confidently.
• Experience in fine jewelry, bridal collections, fashion accessories, or luxury timepieces, with a willingness to learn product details and craftsmanship.
• Professional communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and the ability to adapt to diverse guests.
• Attention to detail and reliability in managing transactions, handling valuable inventory, and maintaining store displays.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with a team, support colleagues, and contribute positively to a guest-centric, creative culture.
