Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to explain product details, listen to customer needs, and provide clear, professional guidance.

• Focus on Customer Experience to create a welcoming environment, personalize recommendations, and support repeat business.
• Retail Sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods, with the ability to meet sales goals and handle POS transactions accurately.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling high-value items, including basic jewelry care and presentation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory, customer records, and sales documentation; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail and knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and watch brands is highly beneficial.
