Job summary

Hitched is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver an in-store experience that mirrors the Hitched brand. You will host engagement consultations, manage appointments, and close sales of luxury rings and fine jewelry.

Prior jewelry experience isn’t required, but energy, personable nature, and a drive to exceed sales goals are essential. The role involves showroom upkeep, events support, and collaboration with local brands.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills and a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience in retail or jewelry is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, by phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Host engagement consultations and wedding band appointments.
• Close sales by demonstrating product knowledge and brand value.
• Provide ongoing customer support across channels.
• Maintain a polished showroom and assist with events and partnerships.
