Job summary

Day’s Jewelers is seeking a part-time Jewelry Sales Consultant to greet guests, guide product selections, and drive sales. The role emphasizes exceptional customer care, relationship building, and buy-in for company programs and events.

You will work 15–20 hours per week in a fast-paced retail setting, with opportunities for incentive-based earnings and growth through product knowledge and personal client engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Jewelry Certification trained; GIA, JA, DCA or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to close sales.
• Provide outstanding guest service with a warm greeting and knowledgeable assistance.
• Assist guests and encourage jewelry and giftware sales, involving other staff when needed.
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-up, notes, and communications.
• Maintain product knowledge and store standards, assist in merchandising and pricing.
