Qualifications

• Strong communication to engage customers
• Customer service and experience to resolve concerns and create memorable shopping experiences
• Retail sales ability to identify needs, recommend products and close sales
• On-site in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfort working with luxury products, with attention to detail, integrity, and security procedures
• Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial; jewelry or fashion experience is a plus
• Willingness to participate in ongoing product and sales training
