Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in luxury, premium, specialty retail, hospitality, or another relationship-driven customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic client relationships, deliver personalized service, and contribute to sales goals.
• Strong product storytelling and communication skills with the ability to educate clients and create meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers, share brand stories, and build purchase confidence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and daily operational priorities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities as needed.
