Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a Packaging Development Project Manager to drive luxury jewelry packaging programs from development through production and delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers to keep programs on schedule and to spec.

Ideal candidates will have experience in jewelry, luxury goods, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries, with strong project management and vendor coordination

Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry, luxury packaging or related industries.
• Direct experience with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple packaging development projects from concept to production and shipment.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and milestones with internal and external teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and manufacturing partners to meet specs and timelines.
• Coordinate sample development, production files, and approvals with manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Communicate project status and risks to clients and stakeholders.
