REEDS Jewelers, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager for our Pandora Boutique in Roanoke, Virginia. This role supports the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to drive sales and ensure operational excellence, all while embodying REEDS’ values of integrity, performance, and passion.

You will foster new customer relationships and assist in team development, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that delights our clients. Preferred candidates have experience in retail, especially in luxury or specialty environments, and a deep passion for jewelry.
