REEDS Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pandora Boutique in Newport News, VA. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes integrity, coaching, and operational excellence in a luxury retail setting. Ideal candidates bring leadership, passion for jewelry, and experience with POS and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably luxury or jewelry.
• Passion for Pandora and REEDS brands.
• Strong leadership capable of inspiring and developing a team.
• Proficient in POS systems, clienteling tools, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales initiatives with the Store Manager to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Mentor and coach team on customer service and product knowledge.
• Develop client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Ensure operational excellence, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Hire, train, and develop store talent; track performance.
