Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably luxury or jewelry retail.
• Strong leadership presence to inspire and develop a team.
• Proficient with POS systems, clienteling tools, MS Office, and digital commerce.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts with the Store Manager to exceed goals and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor floor staff, promoting learning and performance.
• Develop client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and store standards.
