Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, High Jewelry Assortment in New York to drive allocation, analytics, and lifecycle management for Contemporary High Jewelry and Heritage collections.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, and PR, adapting global strategies to the New York market and ensuring sellable stock through proactive quality control and post-launch insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury marketing, merchandising or retail.
• Bachelor's degree required with knowledge of basic jewelry terminology.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed; French proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales objectives through strategic product allocation, stock movements, and analysis of inventory gaps and opportunities.
• Maintain product knowledge tools and stock reporting, and share materials that support sales across the network.
• Coordinate inbound and export activity, transfers, international product rotations, and pre- and post-event allocations.
• Support product launches, including internal tools, presales, and collection of post-launch insights for future forecasts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, and PR teams on allocation, product coordination, editorial needs, and quality control.
• Coordinate and prioritize quality control and repairs to maintain sellable stock.
