Job summary

Leap is seeking part-time Advisors for our Tysons Corner location to deliver an elevated in-store experience and strengthen brand connections. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support sales initiatives while maintaining store standards and assisting with daily operations.

The role may include opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities, with familiarity of tools like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with premium accessories knowledge.
• Availability flexible including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and recommendations.
• Support sales goals with proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain store presentation, assist with inventory and daily operations, and support opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals and adapt to peak periods.
