Leap seeks a part-time Sales Advisor in Boston to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. You will share the brand story, offer personalized recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury or premium retail, strong product storytelling skills, and comfort with CRM and retail tech. Flexible days/evenings/weekends, with open/close duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury, premium, or specialty retail or related customer service.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Strong product storytelling and communication to educate clients.
• Professional, engaging presence with empathy and sound judgment.
• Motivated, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience with CRM/retail tech including Endear, Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and guidance.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Support store operations, merchandising, replenishment, and presentation.
• Handle opening/closing tasks, inventory, and daily priorities as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to hit store goals and initiatives.
