Job summary

The role manages daily shipping and receiving, cycle counts, and repair logistics, and coordinates facilities maintenance, reporting, and budget alignment with store leadership. You will partner with management to drive efficiency and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems (e.g., JDA).
• Strong organizational skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policies and procedures per operations manual and stockroom guidelines.
• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and processing of merchandise.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and negatives.
• Receive merchandise and complete monthly store reconciliations.
• Coordinate repair management and ship repairs.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain back-of-house storage to prevent loss.
• Manage supplies and ensure budget alignment.
