Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant to work with customers in the design center, remotely, online, or in-home to craft individualized design solutions. The role emphasizes space planning, fabric coordination, product selection, and project design to achieve sales goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design-related field is desirable.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Experience with online sales and design tools.
• Strong listening and written/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media and grassroots marketing to develop a book of business.
• Valid driver’s license; alternate transportation acceptable in some cases.
• Proficiency with digital floor planning technology; 3D applications a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Ethan Allen brand in all customer interactions and conduct home visits when needed.
