Job summary

RH in Portland, OR is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver luxury service by assessing walk-in clients' needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed expectations. You will own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, build a strong client base, and represent the RH lifestyle brand with professionalism.

Experience in design firms or high-end luxury retail is preferred; strong communication, organizational and relationship skills

Qualifications

• Experience in design firms or luxury retail preferred.
• Background in art, architecture or interior design.
• People and relationship driven.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Mac OS, iOS, MS Office and Google Apps.

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele.
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand with professionalism.
• Maintain interest in luxury and design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
