Job summary

RH is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver luxury service by assessing walk-in clients and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client expectations.

You will manage the client journey from initial contact to product delivery, build a strong client base, and uphold RH standards. This role requires experience in design or luxury retail, strong relationships, and excellent communication in a fast-paced gallery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred.
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Live RH Vision and provide luxury service through product expertise and elevated guidance.
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design offerings.
• Own all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are met.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
