Job summary

Inn on Biltmore Estate is seeking an Inn Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure Forbes and Inn on Biltmore Estate quality standards are exceeded in guest rooms and public spaces.

The supervisor will manage staff selection, hiring, training, performance management, and staff development while supporting leadership and operations. Weekend/holiday availability is required and shifts typically run 7:00–15:30 or 13:30–22:00.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years related experience in upscale/luxury hotel or resort or similar environment.
• Experience in inventory control techniques a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Housekeeping line staff on a daily basis.
• Ensures room cleanliness standards and conducts inspections, providing feedback.
• Oversees clean and orderly hallways, public areas and storage areas.
