Job summary

The Biltmore Company is seeking a capable Inn Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at the estate. You’ll supervise staff, inspect rooms, coach associates, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Forbes and estate standards.

This full-time role requires 1st or 2nd shift availability, weekend/holiday work, and involvement in staff hiring, training, and performance development. Housing or childcare assistance may be provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Two years related experience in upscale/luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of four/five star service and quality standards; attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills; ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise housekeeping line staff daily.
• Ensure room cleanliness standards and provide coaching based on results.
• Manage clean/ordered hallways, public areas and storage areas.
• Provide proper supplies to staff for duties.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
