Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders following company standards.
• Perform floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service hospitality suites per BEOs.
• Handle cash according to policy and ensure accurate transactions.
• Notify supervisor of guest needs and resolve issues to enhance experience.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work as scheduled.
