Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to join the grand opening team of JW Marriott Reston Station Residences this Fall. You will provide friendly, attentive service in a luxury setting and support the opening leadership in delivering memorable guest experiences.

We offer an hourly rate of $15, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within Crescent properties across North America.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Ability to meet standards of appearance.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly per service manual.
• Set up and assist with side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate POS system where applicable.
• Check food appearance, temperature, portions before serving.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
