Wynn Resorts is seeking a Food Server Assistant to provide personalized in-room dining service, delivering and presenting food and beverages in guest rooms, suites and villas. You will work with the Food Server to ensure exceptional service and flawless execution in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining preferred.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, presentation and service of food and beverages in guest rooms, suites and villas.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
• Perform wine, cocktail, coffee and beverage service according to standards.
• Maintain dining tables and service presentations throughout the guest experience.
• Assist with guest requests, special accommodations and service recovery.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, stewarding and service teams for efficient operations.
• Complete opening, closing and side work assignments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star and Wynn service standards at all times.
