Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Royal Palm South Beach Miami opening team. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards in a luxury, beachfront setting.

You will lead a fast-paced team, train staff, conduct inspections, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations while maintaining safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.
