Fairmont Orchid, a luxury resort under the Accor umbrella on Hawai‘i Island, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise teams, and uphold five-star standards. The role focuses on guest experience, safety, ADA accessibility, and cost control within a premium resort environment.

The position requires leadership in housekeeping, a strong service mindset, and the ability to coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure flawless guest readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign work schedules based on occupancy and business demands.
• Conduct daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, presentation, and luxury standards.
• Monitor room readiness and communicate status updates with Front Office, Engineering, and Guest Services teams.
• Ensure ADA-accessible guestrooms and public areas meet accessibility standards and are guest-ready.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety, sanitation, and chemical handling requirements.
