The Selvedge, a SingleThread Inn, invites an experienced Housekeeping Room Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring luxury standards in guest rooms and public spaces. You will coach the team, coordinate room readiness, and collaborate with Guest Services to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

We seek a leader with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proven track record in boutique or luxury hotel environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel or boutique inn preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and guest confidentiality.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily housekeeping operation, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet luxury standards.
• Inspect rooms, bathrooms, and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Coach, train, and support housekeeping team members.
• Coordinate room readiness with Guest Services to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new housekeeping staff.
• Promote a collaborative, service-focused work environment and ensure safety compliance.
