Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties and maintain production records.
• Oversee opening procedures and update key departmental reports.
• Input accurate room status into the system daily and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with room inspections, guest requests, and service recovery actions.
• Maintain inventories and process purchase orders for the department.
