Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to support housekeeping management, report on guest room operations, and engage courteously with guests to resolve requests.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure an exceptional in-room experience and must be flexible for a 24-hour operation. A diploma or degree is a plus, and at least 1 year in a related role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionate about organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in an administrative role, strong organization and technical skills, ability to multi-task and a team player.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Thorough reporting on all aspects of hotel guest rooms.
• Daily support for housekeeping management.
• Engage graciously with guests and promptly address requests.
