Starwood Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator who is guest-obsessed, sustainably minded, hyper-organized and energetic. This role provides daily support to housekeeping management and coordinates with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to deliver an exceptional in-room experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, an administrative background, and strong organizational and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organization and technical skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and be a team player.
• Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Report thoroughly on all aspects of hotel guest rooms.
• Provide daily support for housekeeping management.
• Engage graciously with guests and promptly address their requests.
• Partner with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams to ensure every guest’s in-room experience is extraordinary.
