Job summary

The Westshore Grand in Tampa is seeking a courteous guest service associate to welcome guests during arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and guide guests to their rooms during check-in and check-out. The role requires professional communication and a strong focus on service quality.

You will handle valet parking, assist with transportation needs, and provide information on local attractions while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must have an excellent driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages and luggage up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/out.
• Valet parking: park and retrieve guest vehicles; use claim tickets for documentation.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms; ensure safe delivery and storage.
• Provide information about local attractions and hotel facilities; respond to questions.
